For too many years business managers have been held hostage by their computer gurus. We believe that’s wrong. We want you to know as much about your system as you want to know. We are here to do what you do not want to do, or don’t know how to do. We want to educate you about your computer systems. We explain things to you in easy to understand language. We want you to be involved in decisions about your network. We do not receive any other fees other than from our consulting clients, we work only for you. We believe in keeping things simple. We believe that simple solutions help to build easy to use, problem free computer networks. We do not like to spend money unnecessarily, either yours or ours. We like to provide cost effective solutions. Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job. We want your computer network to be so reliable that you don’t need us, but we will always be here for you when you do. We believe in having satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with our work, you are not charged for our service.

Want to keep your computer network running smoothly for the least amount of dollars? Here are a few simply ideas:

Keep things simple.

Keep your software and operating systems updated with the most recent service packs or patches. Usually these are free from the manufacturer.

Make better use of the hardware that you already own.

Upgrade your current systems rather than buying new ones.

Use outdated systems as print servers or firewalls.

Just because there is a newer version of your software or operating system doesn't mean it's the best choice for you. Evaluate an upgrade before you buy.

Make sure you understand what the benefits are before you change your current configuration.
